Chelsea Gustafsson grew up in a small community in Victoria in Australia. Although she didn't consider herself to be a good student, she moved to Melbourne in 1994 to study painting.

Benjamin Soileau is from south Louisiana. His fiction has appeared in Prairie Schooner, Colorado Review, Grist, Opossum, Louisiana Literature, Bayou, and many other journals.
Sherwin Bitsui is the author of three collections of poetry: Dissolve, Flood Song, and Shapeshift. He is the recipient of a Whiting Award, an American Book Award, and the PEN Book Award.

O-Jeremiah Agbaakin was born in 1994 in Osun, Nigeria. He holds an LL.B (Law) degree from the University of Ibadan.
