Ingrid Donaldson

Ingrid Donaldson is a metalsmith and glass art engineer. Her background in the sciences leads her to create extraordinary and fantastical forms representing a macroscopic and microscopic view. She often entwines a sense of humor to engage the viewer further, and expose a conceptual dialogue. In 1995, she was one of six American artists chosen to study and work alongside the Bullseye Glass Company to help challenge and explore new ideas within the glass field. Her work is nationally shown and collected. Currently, she seeks an MFA in Metalsmithing from ASU and has been honored with the Dean's Fellowship Scholarship.
